Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number. Products that have been personalised for you with printing or embroidery cannot be returned. We do not charge a restocking fee/admin fee to return an item, however, please note unless your item is faulty you are responsible for the return postage to send an item back to us.

If your return is approved we will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the item/s back in our returns centre.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The 'Ibex' is a fully waterproof safety boot which also features a composite toe cap, a protective midsole and a scuff-resisntant toe cap. This boot also has a heel pull tab which makes it easy to on. Furthermore, the boot is metal-free and features the new 'STS' rugged sole which is inspired by tractor tyre technology meaning it provides high stability/traction.

Upper - Fully waterproof with a bellows tongue and waterproof lining which allows breathability and reduces perspiration. Scuff resistant toe for durability and a fully padded collar.

Lining - Padded, moisture wicking and highly breathable.

Footbed - The dual comfort insole features unique airfl ow channels to maximise air circulation and reduce heat. With twin antishock foam pods at the heel and the ball of the foot, this insole will provide daylong comfort where you need it most.

Toecap - Wide fitting composite non sparking and thermal insulating. Tested to impact of 200 Joules.

Protective midsole - Flexible woven composite material, pierce resistant to 1100N.

Sole - The V12 STS is a revolution in sole design. Inspired by tractor tyre technology and made from highly durable PU, the STS provides high stability and traction on loose surfaces and has ladder grips with firefighter standards of safety. A re-designed heel strike pad and non-clogging channels deliver exceptional water dispersal.
